The End Product: The live motion graphics with opening video, transition videos, and cards, was created by the Kolektive design team. The Kolektive team reviewed all pre-recorded videos, edited a few, and subtitled some. We also prepped the MC, who hosted the event live. For this streamed in person event, we scouted the venues and managed the catering, security and other vendors, decorated the physical stage with backdrop video, panels, had a camera director, 2 cameramen and 2 audio technicians, and a supervisor on location. We organized the venue movement logistics (including secret service visits), plus 2 TV monitoring screens outside the shoot were available for the participants and their staff.
